Chief Financial Officer
Razia Khan is a visionary financial leader with over 10 years in private banking, advising and structuring private equity deals and asset management for clients, including real estate investment. Razia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing and Finance. Under her guidance, Conservation Equity has implemented responsible financial practices and actively contributes to the communities it serves. In her role as CFO, Razia envisions a future where innovation and financial prudence intersect to drive lasting value for Conservation Equity and its stakeholders.

Community Partnerships and Governmental AffairsSamson Parashina is the esteemed lead of Community Partnerships & Governmental Affairs at Conservation Equity and also serves as the President & Chairman of the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust (MWCT), and the Founding Chairman of the Chyulu Hills Carbon Trust. Under his stewardship, MWCT was awarded the eminent UNDP Equator Prize. Furthermore, in 2012, Samson received the UNEP Champions of the Earth Prize, a distinction rarely bestowed upon non-heads of state, acknowledging his exceptional global leadership in conservation.

Senior Advisor for Tax and Economic PolicyTitus serves as the Senior Advisor for Tax & Economic Policy at Conservation Equity and the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust (MWCT) CFO. He also holds the position of Project Office Director for the Chyulu Hills REDD+ Project (CHRP). An accomplished financial professional, Titus possesses an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). Titus has further enriched his knowledge through training on Economical Tools for Conservation at Stanford University by the Conservation Strategy Fund.
